Day 1: Turkey Butchery & Prep - Learn how to break down your turkey and properly prepare it for roasting - Brine the turkey breast for ultimate flavour and juiciness - Make a savoury stuffing from scratch - Debone and stuff a turkey leg for a flavourful twist - Create a rich turkey stock from the bones - Watch a demo from the chef on how to make a delicious liver parfait to impress your guests Day 2: Cooking & Sides - Cook your stuffed turkey leg to juicy perfection - Learn the secret to braising turkey legs - Roast the turkey breast for a perfectly golden result - Turn your homemade stock into a delicious gravy - Make a savoury seasonal meatloaf - The perfect sides: herb-roasted potato wedges and citrus-pistachio cabbage Once done you'll be able to savour the chef instructors preparations and take all that you would have prepared home. We’ll provide all the ingredients, tools, and recipes you need just bring yourself and be ready to cook! Please note: Ingredients may vary slightly due to seasonality.
